Napoleon was a tyrant of France.

He was called a liberator because he conquered many lands around him and was a fierce leader.

Napoleon was a tyrant because he had goals for himself and the expansion of France, however, when fighting against the Soviet Union during Winter, he met his end.

Hope this helps!
