The Dayton Accords refers to the peace treaty signed in 1995 in Dayton, Ohio, by Croatia, Yugoslavia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, which put an end to the Bosnian War.

On December 14 of 1995, the agreement was signed and ratified by all parties involved, in Paris, France. Thus, the countries involved, committed to respect the sovereign equality of the others, and to solve disputes peacefully.
