the concept of leadership is leading followers by using the qualities of a leader such as, respect, empathy, charismatic personality, sense of justice, mastery, responsibility, trust. using all of these things to lead people and help them grow. Not acting as a boss but someone that is guiding.( Hope this helps, I have a leadership class and this is what we learned.)
