The "Eighth" amendment provides...The Eighth Amendment of the US Constitution is the area of the Bill of Rights that expresses that disciplines must be reasonable, can't be coldblooded, and that fines that are uncommonly extensive can't be set. The Eighth Amendment was appended to the Bill of Rights in 1791.
