First, find the slope of the line. It is m = rise / run, or m = 5/6 (because y increases from -1 to 4 (5 units) as x increases from 2 to 8 (6 units).

Pt-slope form: y-(-1) = (5/6)(x-2), or y+1 = (5/6)(x-2), or 6y+6 = 5x - 10

All of these are in pt-slope form.

Rewrite the last one in standard form, which looks like Ax + By + C = 0.
