The distance (d) from the tree to the closest point satisfies the relation
10.5/d = tan(21°19')
Then that distance is computed as
d = 10.5/tan(21°19')
d ≈ 26.9 . . . feet
The distance from the closest observation point to the tree is 26.9 ft.
