The answer is Ependymal cells. They line the ventricles of the brain and central canal of the spinal cord and secrete the cerebral spinal fluid (CSF). These cells are cuboidal to columnar and have cilia. In addition to the function of circulating the CSF, the also increase the surface area for the absorption of the CSF.
