1 yard ≈ 0.9144 m
Therefore,
10 yards = 10*0.9144 m = 9.144 m
13 yards = 13*0.9144 m = 11.8872 m
Area to be covered = 9.144*11.8872 = 108.697 m^2
Therefore, Samantha will require approximately 109 m^2 of carpet.
