Assuming equation 2 is y = (2/3)x-6, then the answer is A) Parallel.

Solve 2x-3y = 6 for y and you'd get y = (2/3)x-2. The slope here is 2/3 as it is for equation 2 as well. The slopes are the same but y intercepts are different, so the lines are parallel.
