6 hours = 126 pages
1 hour = 126 ÷ 6 = 21 pages

Joe:
5 hours = 115 pages
1 hour = 115 ÷ 5 = 23 pages

23 - 21 = 2
Joe reads 2 more pages per hour.

Answer: 2 more pages.
