The type of polls that a candidate can use in order to mislead voters is push polls. In this way, the campaign manipulates voters in order to change the prospective, thereby influencing the formation of the beliefs of future voters, under the mask of public opinion. In a push poll, a large number of voters are contacted, making little effort to collect and analyze voters' response data. Instead, there is a propaganda based on telemarketing and spreading rumors, conceived as a public opinion poll. Such polls are generally considered negative polls. The interviewer aska suggestive questions, which "push" the respondents to adopt a negative response to the political candidate.
