we know that
[volume of the cone]=[area of the base]*h/3
h=3*[volume of the cone]/[area of the base]
[area of the base]=pi*r²-----> pi*3²----> 9pi m²
volume of the cone=12pi m³
h=3*[12pi]/[9pi]----> 4 m
the answer is
4 m
