Divide through by 3:

(3x^2 -6x+9)/(3) = (0)/(3) \\ewline \\ewline x^2 -2x+3=0

Complete the square:

x^2 -2x +1+3=+1

(x-1)^2+3=+1

(x-1)^2=-2

x-1= √(-2)

x=-√(2) i+1

x=√(2) i+1
