How did Chief Justice Earl Warren justify the need for a unanimous vote in Brown v. Board of Education?

A) It would show that the Supreme Court knew the schools were truly unequal.

B) It was the best way to address all Jim Crow laws with one ruling.

I believe the answer is:D. It was necessary to prevent a legal argument against integration.

The brown vs the board of education was a really unique case since on this case a person from racial majority is discriminated against over the minority. The unanimous vote in the case shows that racial discrimination can go both ways and must be treated as the same.
