They have adopted the "convict subculture".Convict Subculture is the way of life of jail society and thought by some to emerge from the 'torments of detainment', while others trust it is foreign to the jail. Prison Subculture is otherwise called the 'convict code'. The subculture is affected by the formal association utilized as a part of detainment facilities by the jail staff.
