The Czar had already lost control on Russia and we see that Russia being involved in the WWI basically ended the Russia because there was famine and roit happening in Russia. The killing of the Czar N.II to get rid of the monarchy due to bad leadership of the Czar .We see Bolshevik's used this opportunity to start the construction of the USSR in the 2nd Russian Revolution
