Federal judges

Federal judges are not chosen by the residents. They are elected by the president and then approved by the Senate. There is a bureaucracy of federal tribunals in the United States. Supreme Court magistrates, the tribunal of appeals magistrates, and district court judges are chosen by the President according to the Constitution of the United States.
