So we have the inequality
|b| \geq 10. To solve it we are going to use the proper tie of inequalities that says that if we have a greater than absolute value inequality, its solution will always have two parts. In other words, given
|x|\ \textgreater \ a its solution will have two parts:
x\ \textless \ -a and
a\ \textgreater \ a. Lets apply this to our problem:

|b| \geq 10

b \leq -10 or
b \geq 10

We can conclude that the solution set of our inequality is (-∞,-10]U[10,∞)
