What would happen if there was no system of federalism? Explain in 3 sentences.

It will be a unitary system where all provinces, regions and subdivisions follow one order from the executive department. Majority of these are used by several countries where others are considering to have it changed to federalism. When there is no federalism, the sectors and pillars only act upon the dictation of the central government.
