the question is on universal suffrage
this is when every adult in the country who reaches a particular age is allowed to vote regardless of their gender, race and religious affiliations. the USA battle for broad suffrage is as old as the country because various genders, and races were allowed to vote at different time in history. broad suffrage was however the plan of the founders in that it was the sure of ensuring the government remained committed to the majority good.
