Dual enrollment is an academic program that lets high school students who are coursing their sophomore, junior, or senior year at high school to enroll in college course which will let them earn credits prior to their high school graduation. This lets the best performing high school students advance in their undergraduate education while at school, which is highly convenient for them as they earn their degree in less time and are ready to get involved in the labor market at a younger age.
