Asthma is...

A condition in which a person's airways become inflamed, narrow and swell, and produce extra mucus, which makes it difficult to breathe.

Asthma can be minor or it can interfere with daily activities. In some cases, it may lead to a life-threatening attack.

Meaning its hard for them to regain oxygen

The review found that exercise for asthma is safe, improves heart and lung fitness, and enhances quality of life.

This means people with asthma should not be nervous to exersize because there is a chance it will cure it and make it easier for them to breathe.

There's a type of asthma that's triggered by exercise. It's called exercise induced asthma. It's caused by intense exercise that's over someone's physical ability. That results in narrowing of airways, shortness of breath and maybe cough. Only if an individual has history of asthma, exercise triggers it. It all depends on the level of severity.
