Step 1. Find the GCF of each term which would be 3x.
Step 2. Divide each term by the GCF to get (7x^2-6xy+8y^2)
Step 3. Add the 3x before the parenthesis.
Step 4. Achieve your answer of
3x(7x^2-6xy+8y^2)
