C. Provide training required by OSHA standards

One of the responsibilities that employers have, under OSHA, is to provide training to their employees. Everyone has the right to equal access to this training so that everyone is aware of their rights, the processes to follow in case something goes wrong, and the appropriate OSHA contacts/guidelines.
