The rate of violent crime is increasing.
Uniform Crime Reports also known as UCR Program, controlled by the FBI, began in 1929 and accumulates information on such voilent crimes which threatens to use force upon a victim registered to law enforcing authorities such as killing and forcible ra-pe, burglary, robbery, larceny-theft, engine vehicle theft etc which are increasing day by day.
