Medical doctors and Osteopathic doctors are almost similar but they differ in their approach to medical treatments. Medical doctors or MD are taught based on the traditional and scientific practices. Whereas on Osteopathic doctors or DO, they are more on the osteopathic manipulative medicine and has a lot to do with healing thru physical manipulation of the body
