x/ 156 20/100

then cross multiply then divide

20 times 156 divided by 100 which gives you 31.20

then subtract your parking pass from the total

156 - 31.20 and you get 124.80

then divide by 2 and you get 62.40

the answer is A because if you multiply the total amount by 0.2. You will get 31.2. then divide by 2 to get the answer. So the answer is A
