Explain how the structure of saturated fats poses a danger to your health

Well for me u go threw change's in your life and eat more of the food that's not healthy for u then don't run it off then I might gain to much weight that's when the extra fat comes on.

The saturated fat in the body harms the body. It solidifies at room temperature and when it reaches the body it increases the cholesterol in the blood of the individual.

High levels of low density lipoprotein in the blood increases the chances of heart related disease.

This is so because the saturated fatty acid deposits in the blood vessels and increases the chances of heart attack.
