She can water 12 plants because 3,000 divided by 250 equals 12.

In thequestion , it is given that:

Leslie has a watering can that holds 3 liters of water. She uses 250 milliliters of water on each of her plants.

And we have to find the number of plants she can water and for that we do division, that is


(3000)/(250) = 12

So she can water 12 plants.
