In this question , it is given that, a box is in the shape of a cube . The box has edge lengths of 5 inches.

So first we have to find the volume of the box, and for that we use the formula of volume of cube which is

Volume = side^3

Substituting the value of side length , we will get

Volume = 5^3 = 125 inches^3

So to fill the box, 125 unit cubes are needed .
