41 is not a perfect square and does not have a perfect square factor. Thus, leave sqrt(41) as is.

sqrt(x^2*y^2) = x*y

sqrt(z^9) = sqrt(z^8*z) = z^4*sqrt(z)

Putting all these factors together, we get sqrt(41)*x*y*z^4*sqrt(z), or

x*y*z^4*sqrt(41z) (answer)
