When you put some food in microwave it gets hot i it conduction,convection or radiation

It would be radiation. Microwaves are special because they develop high frequency waves that go directly on the food. When the food absorbs these waves, the molecules inside will vibrate faster, and the vibration generates heat energy and that’s how your microwave cooks your food :)
