At her job, Jessie earns $9.50 per hour. She also earns a $60 bonus every month. Jessie needs to earn at least $460 every month. Which inequality represents this situation, where h represents the number of hours that Jessie works in a month in order to earn at least $460

Okay so h is hours soooo, 9.50h. She earns a bonus of $60 a month. Okayy. So since she needs $460 a month you can subtract her bonus of $60 which leaves us with $400. Now you divide 9.50 by 400 to get the hours she works which ends up being 42.1052632. This can be rounded down to 42 hours but that wouldn't be enough money. This is why you round up to 43 hours that way she earns atleast $460 with some money to spare.
