In 2001, 17 programming designers met at a resort in Snowbird, Utah to talk about these lightweight advancement techniques. Together they distributed the Manifesto for Agile Software Development. It is also called the Manifesto for Agile Software Development. It is a formal announcement of four key esteems and 12 standards to direct an iterative and individuals driven way to deal with programming development.
