you should put 2 as x, -2 as y and b as the y intercept

3x+y=4

3 * 2 - 2 = b \\ 4 = b
the first one is true

x-3y=-4

2 - 3 * ( - 2 )= b \\ 2 - (- 6) = b \\ 8 = b
the second one is wrong

good luck
