I think its 28 because 308 divided by 11 is 28 to find how many gallons were used per mile

Answer: 28 miles per gallon.

Explanation:

Hi, to answer this we simply have to divide the miles driven by Chad (308 miles ) by the number of gallons used (11 gallons).

Mathematically speaking:

308 miles / 11 gallons =28 miles per gallon

Chad's car gets 28 miles per gallon.
