To make a frequency table from this data you should find the smallest number and the biggest number and create equally grouped intervals of numbers between them.

Here are examples of equal intervals that would include the numbers from 0.5 up to 4.5. The frequency is in the parentheses to the right of the interval.

0 - 0.9(1)
1 - 1.9(5)
2 - 2.9(5)
3 - 3.9(2)
4 - 4.9(1)
