How did world war 1 contribute to the mass murder of the armenian people?

A political party called the Young Turk government conducted genocide against the Armenian people. It was carried out during World War I between 1915 and 1918. The main function was to carrying out of the mass killing of the deported Armenians where they are subjected to deportation, abduction, torture and massacre.
