Which factor presents the greatest threat to biodiversity?

The 5 Major threats to Biodiversity are : Habitat loss, Invasive species, Population, Pollution, Overexploitation (HIPPO) . But the greatest threat is that 80%-90% of threatened species are under threat as a result of habitat loss or fragmentation.
