a = 12.96148 b = 11
a^2 + b^2 = c^2
(12.96148)^2 + (11)^2 = c^2
168 + 121 = c^2
289 = c^2
c = sqrt(289)
c = 17 I did a little bit of rounding to get this, but I'm sure it is close enough.
