By plugging in all three values, we will find that only 2.5 will create a correct solution of the choices.
5.6+0.4(2.5) < 6(2.5) True
6.6 < 15
5.6+0.4(1) < 6(1) False
6 < 6
5.6+0.4(0.875) < 6(0.875) false
