12/3 = c/9. Kaycee did not keep lemonade and dollars in the same positions in the ratios.

3/4 teaspoon. ( if we need 1/4 teaspoon of pepper for every 3 potatoes, then we’ll need 2/4 teaspoon for every 6 potatoes and 3/4 for 9 potatoes, 1/4 x 3= 3/4.).
