Saber and Conocer are synonyms it means to know. However, both are used differently.

Saber= to know
ex: quiero saber quién eres

Conocer= to learn/to know
ex: quiero conocerte

As a Spanish speaker I find the word Conocer is more deep than the word saber since it's used and said in a more emotional tone. The Oxford dictionary gives exact definitions on these both words. Hope this helps :)
