The best answer is d because bread and dairy have been known to cause weight gain and contain a lot of calories.

The answer would not be "D" because this would really be helpful for the persons health.
I would say that the answer would be "b" because by drinking water, this would actually help your digestion and reduce the amount of calories that has be taken in.
