how is your likelihood of abusing alcohol affected by having peer and family members who drink? A. it makes it less likely to abuse alcohol B. it makes for certain that I will abuse alcohol C. It make it more likely that I will abuse alcohol D. It doesn't affect my likelihood to abuse alcohol

When you would have a peer that would be a drinker of alcohol. I would say that it would be a 50/50 chance that you could (in general) would be a drunkered as well. This would be noted as having peer-pressure, the fact that you would see your friends or family drinking, and most likely you would also fall into that temptation also.
