DNA library consists of a collection of cloned DNA fragments. The enzyme that is required to copy mRNA molecules into DNA molecules is the Reverse transcriptase. A reverse transcriptase is an enzyme used to generate cDNA from an RNA template, a process known as reverse transcription.
