The Lend-Lease Act was a policy that implied that the US would eventual join the Allies. The Lend-Lease Act was a law that allowed the US government/military to lend military technology and supplies to countries such as Great Britain, France, and China during World War II.

This law was supposed to help the US maintain their policy of neutrality. However, this law only benefited Allied nations. After this law, it was clear that if the US was to enter World War II, they would be supporting the Allied effort against the Axis powers.
