Crayfish belongs to the class arthopoda.

1 The body of both the annelids and arthopoda is segmented. Annelids have several segments in their body with each segment having all essential body systems for life such as respiratory system , nervous system etc. while the crayfish (arthopods) has two body parts a) cephalothorax having head and upper body b) segmented abdomen.

Crayfish and Annelids both have segments and most of them are aquatic.Crayfish live in freshwater, they have a joined head and thorax, or midsection, and segmented body. While a basic annelid form consists of multiple segments which each segment has the same set of organs. They survive in aquatic habitats or in damp soil.
