In "Tansen's Gift", Tansen does not take a liking to reading, writing, or formal education, but can sing like a bird. Despite his lack of education, he gets noticed by the emperor, and becomes famous for his talents. He also still proves to be intelligent, by bringing rain with Megh Raga rather than the dangers of Deepak Raga.
