Will patients with mental disorders always behave or communicate well during a visit?

No. Some patients with mental disorders will be distraught or upset during a visit. If a patient is having an episode, they may not be able to communicate clearly; ex. crying or distracted. During these times, said individuals may need a loved one to speak on their behalf.

No people with mental disorder have something wrong with their brain so they won't be in reality.
